Matthew Roeser
Chief Executive Officer
Matthew Roeser has worked in the engine and power-generation industry since graduating college in 1997. Known for pushing boundaries, he is driven by innovation and a belief that power products should do more than meet specifications—they should solve real-world problems in smarter, more practical ways.
After years inside corporate sales environments across diverse industrial applications, Matthew saw clear gaps in the market where traditional solutions fell short. That experience fueled his entrepreneurial path and his focus on developing purpose-built power solutions for underserved and niche markets.
In 2013, he founded Engines LPG LLC, doing business as Wildcat Power Gen, with a simple mission: deliver better power solutions to the generator industry.
Monica Roeser
Chief Financial Officer
Monica is a CPA with an entrepreneurial heart and soul. She has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and human resources across several industries, including financial services, transportation, and manufacturing.
She brings a unique skillset and has been integral in establishing accounting systems, procedures and processes to assist in the growth and development of the company.
As a co-founder, she shares the passion of being part of a company that gives back to its community and becoming a premier power generation manufacturing company in the US.
Vinay Kulkarni
Chief Operating Officer
Vinay is a Leadership and visionary professional with years of cross-cultural experience in the Diesel Engine and Power Systems industry across the world, including extensive experience in directing and overseeing International Business operations with full P&L responsibility.
Vinay thrives on managing a team with empathy, coordinating proactively with distributors, contracting companies, consultants, regulatory authorities and coordinating with several departments within the company, while continuously generating new business opportunities.
Sammy Haggar
Director of Marketing
With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience, Sammy has been part of building and scaling businesses across multiple industries. After graduating with honors from Wichita State University in 1998, Sammy began his career as a full-time executive at Air One Transport Group and remained with the company through its successful sale in 2009.
After working with multiple high-growth startups in marketing leadership roles, he earned his MBA with honors from Louisiana State University Shreveport in 2018.
In 2015, Sammy joined Wildcat Power Gen as Director of Marketing, where he focuses on expanding brand visibility, driving new sales opportunities, and supporting the company’s continued growth in the power-generation industry.
Kandi Roeser
Distributor Relations & Marketing
Kandi is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with more than 30 years of experience supporting brands through thoughtful design, strategic marketing, and customer-focused sales engagement. A graphic designer by trade, she brings a strong visual and creative foundation to every role, ensuring messaging and materials align with both brand identity and business objectives.
At Wildcat Power Gen, Kandi plays a key role in supporting channel partners by combining product knowledge, creativity, and a service-oriented mindset. Known for her positive energy and approachable style, she builds strong relationships across the Wildcat network and is committed to delivering an exceptional partner experience at every touchpoint.
Jeff Robinson
Business Development Manager
Over Jeff’s 18-year career, he has been fortunate to gain extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic souring. The teams that he has led were able to optimize processes and drive cost savings. His expertise includes analyzing supply networks, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing efficient sourcing strategies.
Jeff has a proven track record of streamlining procurement operations, reducing lead times, and improving supplier relationships. Jeff leverages his skills gained, along with data and technology, to improve efficiencies, which ultimately supports sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Prashant Balwadkar
Director of Operations
Prashant is a results-driven International Business Leader with over 22 years of experience specializing in customer support, spare parts management, business development, and digital transformation for diesel engines, generator sets, and commercial vehicles.
Through senior roles at leading companies, he has a stellar track record of enhancing customer loyalty, driving revenue growth, spearheading market expansion, optimizing operations via digital platforms, reducing warranty costs, and elevating service standards across markets.
Sanket Abhyankar
Director of Engineering
Sanket is a graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
He has extensive experience of over a decade in the Power Generation industry across Engineering, Project Management, Operations and Supply Chain processes.
With his skillset in the design, development and optimization of Gensets for Industrial, defense, telecom and retail applications, he has led high-impact projects in delivering end-to-end energy solutions for our customers.
April Davis
Director of Human Resources
April brings 20 years of senior human resource management experience in medical, manufacturing, and the aerospace industries. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is a results-focused leader that provides strategic guidance and leadership solutions that help her company harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people.
She is dedicated to promoting an engaging and motivating work culture. She believes that as leaders, we have a greater responsibility to lead by example and that when you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.
