The effective warranty period starts from the date of the product’s purchase, as indicated on the appropriate invoice, receipt, or billing statement. To verify your purchase and to better serve you, we may require information about your order (the sales receipt including date of purchase, order ID/number, and the name of the retailer), your warranty card, and when applicable, your product's SN number.

Warranty Exclusions

In the event of damage related to the causes listed below, no warranty claims will be acknowledged or accepted. Claims that relate to defects that are caused by the following factors are not covered by Wildcat Power Gens warranty obligations.

(1) Can not provide proof of purchase

(2) Force majeure (storm damage, lightning strike, overvoltage, fire, thunderstorm, flooding; social causes such as war, turmoil, government intervention, strikes, embargoes, market conditions, etc.) 

(3) Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, non-compliant use, normal wear and tear, theft, loss, or confiscation

(4) Improper application of electrical supply voltage, current and/or frequency

(5) Improper installation, commissioning, start-up, configuration, or operation (contrary to the guidance detailed in the installation manual supplied with each product)

(6) Inadequate ventilation and circulation resulting in insufficient cooling and natural airflow

(7) Modifications to any part of the product

(8) Unauthorized repair attempts

(9) Products whose serial number sticker or imprint has been removed, defaced or tampered with

(10) Products purchased from unauthorized dealers/resellers

(11) Free products/rewards/gifts

(12) Products used outside of the purchasing region, and products that are shipped to areas that are not easily accessible by courier or freight services, such as overseas or remote islands

(13) Cosmetic or superficial defects, dents, marks or scratches, which do not influence the proper functioning of the product

(14) Our warranties are non-transferable from end user to end user

The Wildcat Power Gen Support Team reserves the right to make a final determination regarding warranty service eligibility, and to determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund, at its sole discretion.

Wildcat Power Gen will replace (at Wildcat Power Gen's expense) any RUNWILD product that fails to function during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or materials. A replacement product will assume the remaining warranty card of the original product.

RUNWILD's product warranty is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner.

Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Order(s) of various products may be delivered in separate shipments.

A correct and complete shipping address is critical. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. If the customer requests a return or exchange within 30 days of purchasing the product for reasons not related to quality, the corresponding logistics costs (including but not limited to freight, taxes and customs clearance fees) will be borne by the customer. Customers may contact Wildcat Power Gen Customer Service to obtain a quote for return shipping costs. The relevant logistics costs will depend on the region in which the consumer submits the product.
 

To return an item, please contact us via email at service@wildcatpowergen.com during our normal business hours. To return your product under the 30-day return policy, please verify that you purchased the product directly from wildcatpowergen.com. Contact Wildcat Power Gen to initiate the return process within 30 days of the original shipping date. The product will be returned in its original packaging, with all materials, in new or like-new condition and labeled with a return authorization number.

Please read the following conditions carefully. If the conditions are not met, Wildcat Power Gen reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that Wildcat Power Gen does not allow the return of the following products and does not offer refunds: 

•                Products purchased from a third party vendor.

•                Any returned item must not be an open box product.

•                Any returned item must be returned with product manuals, cables and all accessories. We will not accept returns if the product is damaged or missing accessories.

•                Shipping costs are non-refundable; the customer is responsible for all shipping costs or other fees associated with transporting the product to our facility.

•                Wildcat Power Gen is not responsible for lost or damaged products.

To return an item, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Wildcat Power Gen will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can obtain an RMA form by contacting us by email.

Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the return shipping label of each package returned to Wildcat Power Gen. Do not write the RMA number on the box itself. Packages without an RMA number on the return label cannot be accepted by our warehouse.
